Next Monday, on October 24, the annual Casady Food Drive will begin and continue throughout October 28.

One in six adults and one in four children in Oklahoma struggle with hunger every year  The Casady Cans Do Food and Fund Drive, is part of the Regional Food Bank Students Against Hunger drive. Oklahoma City students and teachers will raise canned food and monetary donations for those in need in our community. $1= 5 meals with the Food Bank,

Last year Casady’s drive donated 9,836 meals for hungry Oklahomans, and this year we aim to donate even more. Collection boxes are at the Student Center, Bennett Athletic Center, and Johnston buildings for the duration of the drive in the UD Division. In all other divisions, the collection boxes are by the divisional offices

Please bring your donations from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m.  YAC (Youth Active in the Community), the UD service club will contact businesses to match what we donate.  YAC firmly believes that by extending our hands out to local businesses we will be able to double our donations.
